What does Loc-dawg mean in ski/snowboard slang

A loc-dawg is a local shredder that knows everything there is to know about his/her mountain and ski town and can be seen at almost any time when visiting the mountain. Loc-dawg is a synonym for local or pow hound. A loc-dawg will know where the best powder stashes and terrain are, and most importantly, they know what dive bars and restaurants to hit up in town.
